Ozark Pharmacy Ltd
GRA Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
Ozark Pharmacy Ltd is a pharmacist-led community pharmacy in GRA Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. NJBusinessScale built a standalone, mobile-first website designed to make the pharmacy easy to find, contact, and trust — without claiming a single unverified fact about its hours, services, or operations.

The business challenge
A pharmacist-led community pharmacy had no web presence — no way for neighbourhood customers to find hours, get directions, or reach the pharmacy without calling in blind.
What NJBusinessScale built
Built a standalone, brand-distinct site (own palette, typography, and navigation, isolated from NJBusinessScale's own branding, analytics, and structured data) with one-tap Call/WhatsApp/Directions actions, a pharmacist-led trust section, and a config-driven fact model where every unverified detail (hours, services, a second phone line, map link) renders as a clearly labeled placeholder instead of a guess.
Design and system decisions
The site uses its own emerald, gold, and ivory identity rather than NJBusinessScale's own colors or fonts, and its own metadata, structured data, and page shell — it shares the Next.js codebase but shares zero branding, analytics, or schema.org data with the NJBusinessScale marketing site. Every business fact not yet confirmed by the pharmacy owner (operating hours, the full service list, a second phone number, the exact map location) renders as a clearly labeled placeholder in the interface instead of a guess, driven by a single typed configuration file so the pharmacy owner can update real facts in one place once confirmed.
Deliverables
- Mobile-first responsive website (320px–1440px)
- One-tap Call, WhatsApp, and Directions actions
- Pharmacist-led About and Visit Us sections
- FAQ with a clear hand-off to the pharmacist for medication questions
- Contact form (validated client-side, clearly labeled not yet connected to a backend)
- SEO foundation: sitemap, robots, canonical URLs, Pharmacy structured data
Current status
Website live at /ozark-pharmacy. Hours, service list, second phone line, and map link remain pending owner confirmation and are intentionally not shown as fact.
Next phase
Next phase depends on the pharmacy owner: confirming operating hours, an approved service list, a validated map location, and — if desired — connecting the contact form to a real inbox. None of those integrations are connected yet, by design, until confirmed.
