The service

NJBusinessScale provides customer-acquisition services — commercial outreach, paid advertising management, and lead-conversion support — for New Jersey local service businesses. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement (such as the founding-client pilot terms), not on this page.

No guaranteed results

We don't guarantee a specific number of leads, a revenue amount, search rankings, or any other outcome. Results depend on your business, your market, and factors outside our control. Anyone who guarantees these upfront isn't being straight with you.

Advertising spend

Where an engagement includes paid advertising (Google, Meta, or other platforms), that ad spend is paid directly to the platform and is separate from our service fee.

Website use

This website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Content is for informational purposes and doesn't constitute a binding offer until a separate written agreement is signed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NJBusinessScale is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
